Refund & Return Policy

Every item in our store is made to order just for you by our print partners. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please double-check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost in transit

If your order doesn't arrive within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll reship it free of charge.

Wrong address

If a shipment is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incomplete or incorrect, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (reshipping costs may apply).

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
